DELIVERY​

Standard UK Delivery - £4.50

Once payment has been received, we aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible.  We charge a flat fee of £4.50 for destinations within Mainland UK. 

Our current delivery time guide is approximately 2-6 working days.  Should you require your delivery sooner than this, please email us hello@liftyourspirits.online and we will do our best to help you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE​

We really want you to love your Lift Your Spirits products. However, if you find you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know by emailing us at hello@liftyourspirits.online.

Products can be returned for a refund within 10 working days from the day you received the product(s). The product(s), including the packaging, must be returned in “as new” condition and suitable for resale.  Please retain the proof of postage for all exchanges and refunds as we cannot refund products damaged or lost in transit.  Once we have received and examined the items, we will notify you by email within 5 working days. We will process your refund as soon as possible and always within 30 days of the email advising you that you are entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of the items in full. However, we regret that we cannot refund the cost of return postage. We will refund all money owed using the same method you used to purchase the items.

DAMAGED GOODS

If an item is lost, damaged or faulty, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.
